Yes. Parqueadero.app works with standard 58mm and 80mm thermal printers. The system automatically generates tickets with a barcode, check-in date/time, vehicle type, and license plate. Just connect your thermal printer over USB or Bluetooth and set it up in your browser. Tickets print instantly the moment you check in a vehicle.

Yes. With Parqueadero.app you can manage multiple parking lots or locations from a single account. Each lot can have its own rates, vehicle types, payment methods, and staff. Switch between lots with one click and view consolidated or per-lot reports.

Parqueadero.app offers two flexible pricing modes: (1) Hourly rate with grace periods (for example, 15 minutes free every hour), ideal for city parking lots. Special rates let you charge a flat price for a set duration from the moment a vehicle enters, instead of billing hour by hour. You create the rate with any name you like (for example "Night," "Day," or "5 hours"), set how many hours it covers, and its price. Examples: (1) "Night": 12 hours for $10,000. (2) "Day": 24 hours for $25,000. (3) "5-hour package": 5 hours for $8,000. When a vehicle exceeds the duration, you choose how to charge the overage: by additional hours, as a full new period, or with a daily maximum cap. There is also a block-package mode that restarts billing with each block.

Yes. Parqueadero.app runs entirely from your phone with no printer or computer required. Just turn on the "WhatsApp tickets" option in settings and the system sends the ticket straight to the customer’s WhatsApp. The customer gets a link where they can view their ticket and see how long they have been parked and how much they owe in real time. It is the ideal option for parking lots that want to start without investing in hardware.

When you check in a vehicle, the system asks for the customer’s WhatsApp number in a second step. Once you confirm, WhatsApp opens automatically with a message that includes the ticket link. The customer taps the link and sees all of their session details: parking-lot name, license plate, elapsed time, current amount, and the rate applied. Everything updates in real time.

Yes. Every ticket generates a unique link where the customer can see in real time how long they have been parked and how much they owe. The information refreshes automatically every few seconds. When the vehicle leaves and the payment is processed, the same link shows a full summary: total time, amount charged, payment method, and change given. The customer can also download their ticket or receipt as a PDF.

The pickup code is a 4-digit number generated automatically when a vehicle is checked in with the WhatsApp option turned on. The code is sent to the customer along with the ticket and shown to the operator when someone comes to pick up the vehicle. The operator asks the customer for the code to confirm they own the vehicle. It is an extra layer of security with no hassle.

Yes. Every printed ticket includes a QR code the customer can scan with their phone. Scanning it opens their ticket page directly, where they can see their vehicle status and how long they have been parked and how much they owe in real time. It is a fast way to reach the digital ticket without the operator having to send anything over WhatsApp.

The system lets you choose how you want to operate. You can set up your parking lot to use only a thermal printer, only WhatsApp, or both. With printer only, the flow is the classic one: you check in the vehicle and the ticket prints. With WhatsApp turned on, the system asks for the customer’s number and sends the ticket by WhatsApp instead of printing it. You can switch between the two options in settings at any time.

If the customer loses the physical ticket, the operator can look up the vehicle by license plate in the system and process the exit normally. If the customer does not want to share their WhatsApp, the operator simply skips that step and checks the vehicle in without sending a digital ticket. The system adapts — nothing is mandatory, everything is configurable.

Yes. Parqueadero.app implements multiple layers of security: authentication with short-lived JWT tokens, encrypted HTTPS connections, unguessable unique identifiers for public tickets, license-plate verification to access ticket information, and cryptographically generated pickup codes. Yes. Parqueadero.app includes a catalog of products and services so you can sell car washes, tire service, oil, sodas, and whatever else you offer. Items are added to the vehicle’s receipt at checkout, or you can ring up a direct counter sale to someone who is not parking. You also keep inventory under control with a per-product stock ledger and get alerts when a product runs low. It is like having a point of sale built into your parking lot, generating extra revenue on the same ticket.

Yes. You can register monthly passes or subscriptions for your recurring customers: when one of them enters or exits, the system recognizes them by license plate and does not charge (parking is already covered), speeding up the operation. Parqueadero.app also detects when a monthly pass is past due and lets you send a payment reminder by WhatsApp, plus generate a printable payment receipt. It is the way to lock in steady, predictable revenue month after month.

With shift control, each employee opens and closes their own cash shift. Parqueadero.app calculates the expected cash (based on what was collected) and compares it with the cash reported at closing, automatically detecting shortages or overages by shift and by operator. You get a shift history with the full breakdown (parking, monthly passes, products) that you can print. It is the key tool for avoiding cash discrepancies and keeping visibility over the money when you are not in the booth.

Yes. You can require a security PIN for the actions that need the most care: deleting a session, changing the rate or vehicle type on an active session, applying discounts, or adjusting inventory. Every change is logged with who made it and when (audit trail), so you keep your employees’ operations in check and protect your business against errors or misuse.
