When you check in a vehicle, the system asks for the customer’s WhatsApp number in a second step. Once you confirm, WhatsApp opens automatically with a message that includes the ticket link. The customer taps the link and sees all of their session details: parking-lot name, license plate, elapsed time, current amount, and the rate applied. Everything updates in real time.

The system lets you choose how you want to operate. You can set up your parking lot to use only a thermal printer, only WhatsApp, or both. With printer only, the flow is the classic one: you check in the vehicle and the ticket prints. With WhatsApp turned on, the system asks for the customer’s number and sends the ticket by WhatsApp instead of printing it. You can switch between the two options in settings at any time.

If the customer loses the physical ticket, the operator can look up the vehicle by license plate in the system and process the exit normally. Items are added to the vehicle’s receipt at checkout, or you can ring up a direct counter sale to someone who is not parking. You also keep inventory under control with a per-product stock ledger and get alerts when a product runs low. It is like having a point of sale built into your parking lot, generating extra revenue on the same ticket.

Yes. You can register monthly passes or subscriptions for your recurring customers: when one of them enters or exits, the system recognizes them by license plate and does not charge (parking is already covered), speeding up the operation. Parqueadero.app also detects when a monthly pass is past due and lets you send a payment reminder by WhatsApp, plus generate a printable payment receipt. With shift control, each employee opens and closes their own cash shift.
